Family Christmas Weekend

Saturday morning, we loaded up and headed to Jonesboro to have Christmas with my mom's side of the family. Addi wanted to sing some Christmas carols on the way! Just kidding, she was actually yelling at us because we had blocked her view of Elf. I

Getting a little sleepy on the drive there!

Once we got to my cousin's house, the first order of business was to take our family picture for our Christmas card. My cousin had the most gorgeous tree, so we thought that would be a good backdrop. Hilarity ensued once we realized that it's not that easy to take a picture with a toddler.

We finally did get a good one and I'll post it once my cards go out. It's a really sweet one, Addi was laying her head against mine and actually smiling at the camera.

Anyways, so Addi then had the time of her life opening presents and playing with cousin Peyton. We had the time of our lives eating brisket and other delicious goodies.

Taking a little snack break. She was walking around with these blueberries.

Addi's OOTD.

Josh was apparently worn out. We all giggled and took pictures of him. :)

When we got back to Little Rock, Josh went to the Harding Academy football game at War Memorial. That is where we both went to high school and they haven't been in the state championship since 2003...our year to graduate and we won! Sadly, they lost, but it was a good game Josh said. After he got home, Grandpa and Lila stayed and watched Addi (asleep in her crib) while we went to an engagement party for our BFF's Carson and Nichole!

And apparently, "someone" decided it was Addi's 10:30. She was in a great mood and really excited to see everyone, and was easy to put back down. Thank goodness!

On Sunday, we enjoyed a lazy morning with Grandpa and Lila. They let us sleep in and brought donuts. Thanks guys!!! Addi had fun that afternoon playing with her new rocking horse. She loves that thing!

Walking to me!

Addi's OOTD.

Josh thought it was funny that Addi was pretending to put on makeup. She was doing it so daintily. We are both worried were going to have a priss on our hands. Haha!

Addi was so silly tonight, I just could not stop taking pictures of her funny faces.

Oh me. What a weekend! This week is going to be crazy. There are a lot of FUN things coming up that I can't wait to share with y'all about!! Oh! And I also won a blog giveaway! Kelly's Korner was doing a giveaway and I entered and actually won! I couldn't believe it. I'm now the proud owner of a new Hamilton Beach blender! Yay!!!

Hope y'all had a great weekend!!!
