It's My Party
We had a great first birthday party!!! There was a big crowd, we think there was about 50 people that showed up! Thank you so much to everyone who came, you made Addi's party so special!! Our big girl must have partied a little too hard because we had to make a trip to the emergency room this morning. :( Addi was running a 103 fever this morning and had a horrible cough. They diagnosed her with croup, gave her a steroid shot and we got to go home. She's been pretty pitiful today! She wants to be held by me constantly, I don't mind one bit, she's my sickly little cuddlebug! Anyways, so she hasn't had a fever the rest of today, we've been giving Tylenol and Motrin. Hopefully, she will get better fast, because it's so hard seeing your baby sick!!!

So sorry Addi is sick... Lola is super sick too and was running fever again today. We hope Addi feels better soon! The party was awesome! Loved every little detail! I didn't put a card in with our but we got her 2 books. I was also going to tell you that your dad is too sweet! I know now where you get your soft sweet disposition! Can't wait to hang out again!

ReplyDeleteShe was an awesome birthday girl. I think that Rylan's issues are turning out to be 2 year molars, though I'm not getting into his shark mouth to check.
ReplyDeleteWhen you aren't busy rocking a sweet sickly baby, or being sick yourself, will you post the recipe for your kick awesome dip? I've been thinking about it for days. You know, in between rocking my own puny kid.
Poor baby! I hope she is much better soon! The party looked AWESOME. Good job, mom!
