Well I turned 28 yesterday. I asked addi how old she thought I was and she said 16. #winning

We went to searcy yesterday to swim. The water was so perfect. 

This little pork chop was comatose.

Little fish! She loves the water.

Sweet Eliza bear was there too!

We celebrated at chuys last night. Soooo good.

Typical. Bahaha.

Treece, Nandini and I went to ciao baci after for dessert and drinks. We sat on the porch and laughed for hours. It was so fun. 

Josh got me an iPad for my birthday!!! Needless to say, addis been breaking it in for me. ;)

Thanks for all the sweet birthday wishes!!! It was a great day. 

Dr. Eichhorn

Today was a big day for the Eichhorn's! Josh defended his dissertation and earned his phd. I got to sit in on his presentation. I always knew josh was smart, like super smart, but holy cow. I'm married to a genius!!! 

He did so great and at the end was awarded for his hard work and dedication. I'm so proud of him!!! 

Dixie's going to be ticked she didn't make the slideshow. Belle is in the bottom corner.

This sassy pants was a bear today. Ohmyword. The whining was out of control. Thankfully she perked up a bit for the reception afterwards.

Father's Day Weekend

Hey guys! Hope all the dads in your lives had a great Father's Day! I wish I could say josh had a restful weekend, but that would be false. Addi has been still sickly and pitiful and not sleeping great. Top that with all day whineyness about her throat and we are exhausted. Don't get me wrong, our hearts break when our baby is sick, but mannnnnnnn. Haha. 

She has been asking me to go to, "abc.com mouse" for weeks now. I finally signed her up and she loves it! It's such a cute website.

Sunday morning addi felt a little better so we did this little questionnaire for josh. Oh my word. We laughed so hard at her answers!!!

We went to big orange for dinner tonight with Josh's Fam.

I got a frito chili pie burger. Holy cow it was good!

Playing soccer at the sno cone place. We sent addi back with papa and Lila tonight. I'm excited about the rest we will get tonight! Ha!

Scary Rest

Happy Saturday friends! When I first wrote that, my phone corrected Saturday to scary rest. How do you know these things iPhone??? Last night was a scary rest because both kids were up and down ALL NIGHT. We are exhausted. 

The good news is, now we can train up Rhett to be a razorback fan. As if he had a choice. ;)

I tried cleaning Thursday and it was useless. Every room I would clean, addi would get the feeling she needed to play in there and so it was just basically cleaning the same three rooms all day. 

These seahorse outfits came in and I love them! I can't wait for the beach!

Yesterday, Rhett slept 8 hours straight! Go Rhett! Addi woke up with a fever. You win some and you lose some. 

Trying to keep both from crying was the goal of yesterday. 

My awesome friend niki delivered these goodies to us. I can't thank you enough niki!!! That was pretty much the only nourishment I had all day. 

Sweet sick girl. I hate she didn't feel good, but I enjoyed the stillness and cuddles. And the three hour nap. 

Rhett was confused why I was holding sister more than him. 

Y'all. Look at this!!! I'm so pumped about our razorback women's line. Ahhhh!!!! Wps!

Sno cones and lightning bugs

Josh is home!!! Yay!!!! Rhett here was beginning to question if we would all survive another day. ;) 

Addi pretended to be a butterfly most of the day. She got pretty upset if I called her addi instead of butterfly addi. 

She also was getting frustrated here because "Rhett wouldn't let her have a turn." Trying to explain how babies don't know how to share was even more frustrating. 

All was forgotten though, and they worked as a team the rest of the day. Haha! 

Is there anything better than a tigers blood with cream sno cone on a summer night?? 

Josh and addi caught lightning bugs after dinner. Mostly addi just stood on the porch and yelled to him where they were. 

So glad to have him back!
