We really underestimated how cold it was going to be that day. It probably got up to 45 and it was really windy and the sun wasn't out at all. We rode one ride, ate, and then walked in and out of shops to get warm until we decided we had had enough with the coldness! After we left the park, we went to the Tanger outlet mall. We were in Old Navy and I saw Ashley from Ashley's Avenue! I felt kinda weird going up and introducing myself, but she was so sweet and so was her sister in law! I'm so sad I didn't take a picture! So after shopping for a little bit, we headed back to the hotel to take a nap! It was WONDERFUL to be able to take a nap and not worry about a thing. We finally got up and around and went to a nice dinner at Landry's. So good! We walked around the Landing for a bit after dinner, but again, too cold for us to stay out long!
Our options for after dinner entertainment were: karaoke at the Hillbilly Inn, hanging out with the veterans at the Rowdy beaver, or going back to the hotel, changing into our pj's and watching QVC. I'll let you guess what we picked. Haha! I can't remember the last time I've gotten this much rest. It feels great. On Sunday, we got up "late" (9 a.m.) got ready and headed to the landing for more shopping. We decided just to eat brunch at Cantina Laredo and head back home. I missed Addi SOOO much, but it was so relaxing and refreshing to have a weekend just to myself! Thank you so much Mia for a fun girl's weekend and thank you to my Aunt Vicki for watching Addi all weekend!!!
