We had a great weekend! It was busy, as usual, but fun! On Saturday, Scott and J and all the kids were in LR for various games so they stopped by for a little bit. Josh took Addi to Emma's volleyball game, while I went with his grandma to this store called the Stichin Post. More on that later! Anyways, so at the volleyball game, Josh said for the first 20 minutes, Addi was really freaked out! He said she was really scared that people were getting hurt, since the girl's were yelling and balls were flying around! It cracks me up that she is already sensitive to things like that! She is such a sweet baby! Here is Addi in the razorback dress I made her!
Anyways, so me and Fran went to the Stichin Post, which is this sewing shop right by our house. First, how did I not know about this wonderful WONDERFUL store?! They carry all the Michael Miller fabrics I'm obsessed with right now, plus they have tons of smocking patterns and just lots of different fabrics and cute trims. So, we went there because Fran has an older model monogram machine that we have no clue how to use and the fonts and stuff just aren't cute. Basically, instead of buying a new machine, which was going to run us about $6,000, we just upgraded hers! We got a new program for the machine, which has tons of cute fonts and embroidery things, and a reader writer card so we can transfer stuff from the internet onto the machine! I am BEYOND excited about this! We have to wait for the reader writer to come in (they were out), but once it gets here, it's ON!!! Haha!
Also on Saturday, me, Josh, his dad, grandpa and Dustin went to the Razorback game! It was pretty hot at first, but cooled down once the sun set. It was a fun game despite the Hogs playing terrible!
On Sunday, me and Addi traveled to Jonesboro to have her one year pictures made! I should get the proofs tomorrow, and I cannot wait to see them! Addi is a natural model, just held every pose and looked at the camera alot. There was also a little birthday cake smashing action, which was hilarious! We set the cake in front of her and Addi took her little fingers and was just lightly touching the cake, then all of a sudden shoved both hands in the cake and just started munching! It was hilarious! Her tummy was a little upset afterwards, I think that was the worst diaper I've ever changed! Haha!
Hope y'all had a great weekend!!!!
