Yummy sangria, made by Chad and Alisha.
Guacamole, pico de gallo and homemade salsa.
Enchiladas made by Rachel and Nick.
We also had rice and beans, but I didn't get a picture of those.
And of course, there was dork ball.
It was a fun night and I can't wait till our next meet up! The theme is country/comfort food! I'm making pie! Yum!!!

FYI: As long as the enchiladas were made with corn tortillas, there's a really good chance that you had an entirely gluten-free meal! Just thought you might like to know. :)
