Last Week...

Hi everyone! Sheesh, I just cannot keep up with the blogging these days. I hope y'all are used to the hundred picture posts with incoherent captions. :)

Last week was a good one! Summer is settling in and I LOVE it. I'm not a huge summer person, but things are starting to slow down and I like that alot. We hit up Happy Hour one day last week and they accidentally gave Addi a route 44 ocean water instead of a small. She was so excited about it!

She also practiced her letters with some chalk and one of our walls. Can't be too mad, that's a pretty good A!

We are so sad to see Becky and her sweet family leave, so we had a family night out at Larry's Pizza to send them off. The kids had so much fun playing and I enjoyed getting to chat with everyone. :)

Addi also started back to school Wednesday!

Granddad came and visited us on Friday!

We went to a Travelers baseball game that night. There was a bluegrass band outside the stadium, and Addi and I sat there and listened while Josh got tickets.

I think she liked it!

We got all our favorite ball park foods too!

This sweet guy gave Addi a baseball. We had to take it back because she kept wanting to throw it on the field.

We were pretty close! I kept getting nervous that Addi was going to run out on the field while we weren't looking.

We went and ate our usual Milford Track on Saturday.

Saturday night, we went and ate Mexican with some friends. I just love this little mermaid bubble. Addi kept calling it her swimsuit. It kinda looks like it.

After dinner, we made a trip to Yogurt Mountain. Addi just wanting toppings. Haha!

I also got to visit sweet new baby Ruby too!!! She is so precious!!!

Fishing and Playing

Hi friends! Hope y'all have had a good week! It's been busy around here lately! I'm catching up from last weekend and this week. :)

Last Friday, Addi was at her Papa's house so for lunch I went and got one of my favorite salads from Zaza's. It was delish!

Friday night, we grilled these "bangin shrimp skewers."  They are really healthy and taste almost just like bang bang shrimp from Bonefish. SO good.

Since we were going fishing the next day, Josh showed Addi how to work her fishing pole. He actually took her to Academy to pick one out. He said there was a princess one, a Tinkerbell one and she chose the Buzz Lightyear pole. So funny. Dixie had a blast trying to catch the little fish on it.

After we got Addi to bed, Josh and I watched Ironman 2. I know, it's been out for forever, but we still hadn't seen it. It was just so-so.

I made Addi and Lucia matching fishing shirts. Per Addi's request, she wanted a green fish.

The girls did fairly well playing together.

One thing I know for sure, is Addi will be the bossiest big sister EVER. Haha!

After we swam and ate lunch, we headed up to the riverhouse!

Addi loved casting and reeling in her little fish.

That night, we feasted! SOO good.

Nandini made a dutch apple pie that was to die for.

The next morning, Lucia was crying and we looked over and Addi had her ears plugged. haha!

We had a PJ morning Tuesday which was SO nice.

We also had lunch with Treece at US Pizza. Eliza is getting ready to make her debut soon!!!

And Wednesday, we went to our favorite church/lunch/playplace. The kids had a blast!!!

Just some stuff

We've had a fun past few days. Wednesday, we had some friends over to play. I took one picture and that was it. Whoa. Alert the media. But, for real, this face is hilarious. She makes it when she's getting in trouble.


Just goofing off.





Today was very productive. Addi took a long nap which allowed me to clean the entire house and crank out a few orders. Yay Addi!
For dinner we headed to the heights for first Thursday.

We went to sushi cafe. The bomb roll is my fav!


It did not disappoint. There was a time in my life where I wouldn't even try sushi. It makes me sad to think about it. Haha!

We are headed to the river this weekend for some R&R!!! Jane a good one! :)
