Do you ever have days that you are just in a funk? That was me today. I couldn't put my finger on it, but I had so much anxiety today and just couldn't shake negative feelings. Agh! I laid down for what was only supposed to be 15 minutes this evening that turned into a 2 hour nap. Whoops. But, I am feeling more refreshed and I have a better attitude. I'm hoping that in the morning I'll be a new woman! :)
On Monday, Addi had a little allergic reaction to some bug spray I had put on her over the weekend. Poor lamb. But, she didn't act like it bothered her! We went to Starbucks anyways for a little cake pop treat.
I got this cute dress in the mail from Lolly Wolly Doodle. I have such a love/dislike relationship with them. I have bid on three things this week and I ended up not winning any. Bummer.
Oh goodness. I've made two of these so far this week. Don't worry, only one was for us. Although, it's all gone. Haha!

While at Walmart, I stocked up on some faux scentsy's. These are actually really good and strong for only $2.50!

Belle and Addi have been getting into SO much trouble this week. They ripped open a container of baby powder all over the living room rug, and somehow in the fray, Addi's clothes disappeared.
I tried to get caught up on emails on Tuesday. If I haven't emailed you back or texted you back, I'm sorry. :( I promise to do better though!
Tuesday, Josh and I went to a place called, the Root. It's such a neat place! It's located in downtown Little Rock and they use all local and organic produce and meat. If you order tea, there is a little area set up that you can sweeten your own tea with simple syrup, and it's served in a mason jar! I love that!
Our meal was delicious! If only I had taken a picture of the before.

They had this neat garden area that Addi really liked. It had a slide too.
I'm sad this is the last summer Addi will be able to wear bubbles. :(
This is how we feel about Razorback football.
Addi went to school today. She's been having some trouble with the drop off. As soon as we walk in, she starts getting a little teary, then right when we get to her classroom, it's full blown tears. It makes me so sad, but I always wait outside until she stops crying. It's never more than 2 minutes, then she has the time of her life. After school today, we ran into
Michelle, Lily and Miles! It was so nice to see them and have lunch together.
One thing that helped with my funky mood today was writing in my planner. It feels so nice to make lists!!!
And Addi polished off the last slice of cake. We thank you Addi. :)
